I am a results-driven executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience catalyzing transformation across procurement and operations. Known for fusing operational rigor with inclusive leadership, I empower global organizations to unlock value, accelerate innovation, and cultivate resilient, purpose-driven teams.

At BioMarin Pharmaceutical, I spearheaded the creation of a centralized global procurement function as Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Global Sourcing & Procurement. I mobilized cross-functional alignment, embedded strategic sourcing as a core business enabler, and propelled the team to exceed savings targets.

During a 20-year tenure at Pfizer, I advanced through multiple senior leadership roles in global sourcing and supply. During my time in the Global Sourcing organization, I orchestrated over $1 billion in cumulative savings across direct and indirect categories. While leading the Internal Medicines External Supply Team, I directed a global network of 50+ contract manufacturing organizations producing 1,500+ SKUs - safeguarding supply continuity, ensuring quality, and creating agility across complex supply ecosystems.

My career launched in consulting, where I led strategy development, technology implementations, and change management initiatives for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. At Andersen, I executed ERP implementations and led software selection engagements. At Proxicom, I shaped internet strategy for a global bank and chaired a cross-disciplinary team to design an internal knowledge management repository- streamlining collaboration and boosting firm-wide efficiency.

I am a recognized champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I served as Executive Sponsor of the BioMarin Women’s Alliance and chaired the DCAT Alliance for Industry Women Committee, where I galvanized initiatives that fostered inclusive cultures and amplified underrepresented voices across the industry.
